honestly, this apartment and partly WG offer, is more for friends of me.
I've already asked them, and there's no need, so I'm here.
It is important to me that I can trust to appreciate the apartment and location.
I will certainly not be home in December 3xweeks and will be on the way in January.
...and when I'm at home, I'd like a good interpersonal vibe.

Your big room for this time, is a ca. 25m2 bedroom area with beautiful semi-runder window front and on the other hand a multifunctional room (MufuZi) about 20m2. Both rooms are directly adjacent and separated from a kind of open partition. The MufuZi, as required, serves as a living room, table tennis room, home office, art room, etc.

Otherwise the apartment has a kitchen incl. Storage room, WC room, bathroom room, a small room (which will be my interim room) and a balcony. ...and a long hallway.

What makes the apartment special is the location.
Far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the pleasant Friedrichshain-Kiez (5min) and close enough for everything that makes life pleasant in Berlin.
e.g. Kaufland, PremiumFitnessStudio(1min), Tram, Bus, S-Bahn Ostkreuz (e.g. 3-6min), quirliges Kiezleben incl. Gastro, Bar, Pubs, Weekly Market, Spree and more within 10min
So whoever wants to experience Berlin around the corner with very good connection with the Öffis has it here.

To me:
I live in Berlin for 12 years. But I still know exactly how it was for me to find an apartment and find myself in Berlin. At that time, I found someone happy as a roommate who supported me well. I'd like to give it to someone who needs it now.
Otherwise you have someone with me who is very experienced by WG, a good perception and sense for the interpersonal and for what it needs. Except sometimes in the morning, it can be that I'm a little crumbling and not up.
I still work professionally in an NGO for more educational justice than Manager & Coach for emerging teachers.
I'll be gone again and again in the summer so you'll have the apartment for yourself alone.

I guess I'll pick you up for belly. As indicated above, a trusting friend vibe is important to me.
It would be nice if you could give me a picture of you. Who you are and we could fit well. And also whether the whole or what period is suitable for you.

ganz ehrlich, dieses Wohnungs- und zum Teil WG-Angebot, ist mehr was für Freunde von mir.
Die habe ich aber schon gefragt und da ist kein Bedarf, darum bin ich hier.
Mir ist es wichtig der*m ich Vertrauen kann, die Wohnung und Lage zu schätzen weiß.
Ich werde im Dezember 3xWochen sicher nicht Zuhause sein und im Januar auch viel unterwegs sein.
...und wenn ich Zuhause bin, dann wünsch ich mir einen guten zwischenmenschlichen Vibe miteinander.

Dein großes Zimmer für diese Zeit, ist zum einem ein ca. 25m2 Schlafzimmerbereich mit schönem halbrunder Fensterfront und zum anderen ein Multifunktions-Zimmer (MufuZi) ca. 20m2. Beide Zimmer sind direkt nebeneinander und von einer Art offener Trennwand getrennt. Das MufuZi, dient je nach Bedarf als Wohnzimmer, Tischtennisraum, Homeoffice, Kunstraum etc. das ist dir überlassen.

Ansonsten hat die Wohnung, eine Küche inkl. Vorratskammer, WC-Zimmer, Bad-Zimmer, ein kl. Zimmer (was dann mein zwischenzeitliches Zimmer sein wird) und ein Balkon. ...und ein langer Flur.

Was die Wohnung auch besonders macht, ist die Lage.
Weit genug entfernt vom Trubel des angenehmen Friedrichshain-Kiez (5min) und nah genug für alles was das Leben in Berlin angenehm macht.
z.B. Kaufland, PremiumFitnessStudio(1min), Tram, Bus, S-Bahn Ostkreuz (zw. 3-6min), quirliges Kiezleben inkl. Gastro, Bar, Kneipen, Wochenmarkt, die Spree uvm. innerhalb von 10min
Also wer Berlin um die Ecke erleben mag mit sehr gute Anbindung mit den Öffis braucht, hat es hier.

Zu mir:
Ich wohne seit 12 Jahren in Berlin. Ich weiß aber noch genau wie es für mich am Anfang war, eine Wohnung zu finden und mich in Berlin zurecht zu finden. Damals hatte ich jemand zum Glück als Mitbewohnerin gefunden, die mich dabei gut unterstützt hat. Gerne gebe ich das an jemand der es braucht nun weiter.
Ansonsten hast du mit mir jemanden, der sehr WG-erfahren ist, eine gute Wahrnehmung und Gespür hat fürs Zwischenmenschliche und für was es braucht. Außer manchmal morgens, da kann es sein das ich n bisschen verknautscht und nicht auf der Höhe bin.
Beruflich arbeite ich noch m.u. in einer NGO für mehr Bildungsgerechtigkeit, als Manager & Coach für werdende Lehrkräfte.
Ich werde im Sommer immer wieder mal weg sein, sodass du die Wohnung für dich Alleine dann hast.

Vermutlich werde ich dich rein nach Bauchgefühl auswählen. Wie oben angedeutet, mir ist ein vertrauensvoller-freundschaftlicher Vibe wichtig.
Hierfür wäre es nett, wenn du mir ein Bild von dir geben könntest. Darüber wer du so bist und wir gut passen könnten. Und auch ob der ganze oder welcher Zeitraum für dich passend ist.
