Dear potential roomie (showings Monday July 11th),
I live in a spacious two-bedroom Altbau apartment in Friedrichshain, near Boxhagener Platz. The room itself has a lot of light and is about 26 square meters large. It is funished with a big closet, seating area and table as well as a desk. I am subletting my room for some time, at least 8 months, with the possibility to extend (for more see "Sonstiges"). Rent is 850 Euros.
It is a lovely neighborhood with many restaurants, bars, gyms, clubs, fleemarkets on the weekends and two parks (Volkspark Friedrichshain and Treptower Park) that can be reached within less than 10 minutes by bike. The apartment is located close to U5 as well as the S-Bahn at Ostkreuz. Since living here, I have fallen in love with this neighborhood and so will you! It is a lovely place to be.
You will be living with Dennis. He is 30 years old, working on his Master´s while also working. He is super chill, always up for a conversation and always friendly and smiley. He is respectful of the other person´s space while also being very social, which I find is the perfect combination to have.
The house is completely furnished with kitchen appliances, dish washer, washing maschine and anything one might need. The initial renting period would be 8 months, with possibility to extend. There is a chance that rent could be extended indefinitely, but this is unclear at this point. But there may be that possibility.
