Dein Sommer in Friedrichshain!
Dein Zimmer hat ca. 15 m2 und liegt zum ruhigen Innenhof. Man hört nachts absolut nichts und kann perfekt schlafen. Im Zimmer ist ein Bett, Stuhl und eine Kommode. Außerdem gibt es Vorhänge und natürlich eine Lampe. Die Wg hat außerdem ein Bad, eine moderne Küche mit Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine, eine Abstellkammer und ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Balkon!

Your summer in Friedrichshain!
Your room is approx. 15 m2 and faces the quiet inner courtyard. You hear absolutely nothing at night and can sleep perfectly. The room has a bed, chair and chest of drawers. There are also curtains and of course a lamp.
The apartment also has a bathroom, a modern kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, a storage room and a large living room with a balcony!
Die Wohnung liegt in Friedrichshain direkt an der Grenze zum Prenzlauer Berg. Also egal ob Richtung Boxi oder Kollwitzkiez, ist alles schnell zu erreichen. Außerdem haben wir den Volkspark quasi vor der Haustüre. Hier kann man perfekt entspannen oder wenn du Bock auf Sport hast ein paar Runden drehen oder ins outdoor gym. Ebenfalls direkt vor der Haustüre befindet sich ein Bäcker, der Netto und ein Rewe. Auch die Tram ist in einer Minute zu erreichen, so kommst du schnell in alle Richtungen (M5,M6,M8 und M10!)

The apartment is located in Friedrichshain right on the border to Prenzlauer Berg. So whether you are heading towards Boxi or Kollwitzkiez, everything is within easy reach. We also have the Volkspark practically on our doorstep. It's the perfect place to relax or, if you're in the mood for sport, do a few laps or go to the outdoor gym. There is also a bakery, Netto and a Rewe supermarket right on the doorstep. The streetcar can also be reached in a minute, so you can get quickly in all directions (M5, M6, M8 and M10!)
Dein Mitbewohner wird Luis sein. Er ist 26 und beendet gerade sein Masterstudium. Er macht gern Sport, kocht gerne und ist natürlich auch viel unterwegs, gibt hier ja einige Restaurants, Bars und Clubs in der Umgebung. Ihr werdet euch bestimmt gut verstehen!
Shared flat life
Your flatmate will be Luis. He is 26 and is currently finishing his Master's degree. He likes to do sports, cook and is of course out and about a lot, as there are several restaurants, bars and clubs in the area. You will definitely get along well!
