I'm renting out my second room from now on until Aug / Sept 24 . It's a bit spontaneous, I know but I actually just finished moving in and furnishing it. I think your room is around 15m2. It's fully furnished and you will also have a desk which is about to arrive. There is a little balcony in front of your window and some greens I planted.
In front of the living room is a second balcony. The bathroom and toilet are separate and all other rooms are fully furnished too. So you don't need to bring anything - I actually have more than enough plates. :)

The rent is 850 EUR per month.

2min from M10 Strassmanstrasse. Super cute and quiet neighbourhood. I love it! A Denns Biomarkt and a Netto, Edeka are less than 5 min walking away. And of course, you can find a Späti just around the corner.

Im 31 years old, open minded, in love with good food and living happily and healthy. I love to work out - currently getting back into my running routine - after a winter in the gym. I do yoga every day and pilates on a regular basis.

I moved to Berlin in April and absolutely love the city for its diversity. I studied here during my Bachelor and wanted to move back. I work for a supplement startup and have my own social media Business on the side. I'm a super early bird and not really of a party person. Im super open to joint dinners on the balcony or a glas of Vino every once in a while :)
