Hey hey hey,
Looking for a flatmate to live with me from Mid July until the 20 something of October (maybe slightly flexible)
I am taking over this very gorgeous flat of some good friends until they are back in October from Portugal.
I am looking for someone clean, that enjoys sharing a glass of good wine and some good dinners or lunches sometimes to times, who likes fruits and smoothies, who can have some random topics on which their eyes would sparkle of enthusiasm! Well Rabbit holes shall be very welcomed in this flatshare :)
The room is very bright. It has got a pretty decent bed (I think - never tried it) and all you need in a bedroom really.
Not neither the most incredible room but furnished, clean and cosy!
Pets could be allowed but no grumpy cats please

ALSO: Looking for someone that would take the room as 16th of July and stay at least until end of August (not keen to pay the whole rent and search for a new person every week)

The place is really next to Boxhagener Platz where there are so many restaurants & bars.
You will have next door the excellent marafina & the great beers from Hops & Barley!
Wonderful location really, one of the reason I am moving there!

Well small presentation then, I am french from Nantes originally, 31 years old, been living in Berlin for easy 5 years and actually few other countries before.
I am easy going, described as very sociable. I indeed like to share things and would ideally want someone that is extraverted.
I will be working often from the flat. I imagine i will be quite often out of the flat to meet up friends or do various activities (mostly sports like padel or volleyball).
