The 14sqm room has a window to the backyard, so its nice and quiet. The floor is laminate.

Located close to Boxhagener Platz, our flat is right in the center of things. There is lots of bars, cafes, restaurants and culture around to explore. There is a bus and tram stop right in front of the house, u-and s bahn are only a few minutes by foot. The area is lively and green, even after 6 years of living here I havent grown bored.

We are a communal WG who cook together and go out for a glass of wine together. All of us work, freelance and employment both. We are looking for someone open, who also shares our political values. A pro palestine stance is very important for us. In looking for a new flatmate, we prioritse POCs and Trans people, as we also fill these categories.
We have a very well equipped kitchen with a lovely spice selection (very proud of it).
We’ve had pets in the past, but we are unfortunately no longer able to host them.
Anmeldung is possible, but the room is only rented out as Untermiete. We clean once a week.
