Hello There,
we have a spacious and beautifully furnished room available in our well-equipped shared flat for short term. Preferably from 22.11.2024 to 22.12.2024. We are quite flexible in this perspective.

The room is generously spacious, perfect for both relaxation and productivity. It comes with a comfortable bed,
a large wardrobe, a desk for work or study, plenty of storage space, and big couch with a projector. You can use all of my stuff. High-speed internet is included, making it easy to work from home.
The flat features a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances including a fridge, oven, dishwasher, and all necessary cookware and utensils, perfect for those who love to cook. The bathroom is clean and spacious with a bathtub and shower. Also, a washing machine is available.
Situated in Friedrichshain district, the flat offers excellent public transport links with U-Bahn, S-Bahn, and Tram, making it easy to get around the city. The U-Bahn station is 5 min by food, S-Bahn station Ostbahnhof is 15 min by food and Tram station Platz der Vereinten Nationen 10min by food. You can get to the "cool" neighborhoods, like Kreuzberg, Neukölln, and Prenzlauer Berg by bike in less than 20min.
You’ll find supermarkets (Lidl & Edeka), cafes, restaurants, parks (Volkspark Fhain), and entertainment options all within a short walk.
We are a friendly and respectful group of flatmates who value a clean and harmonious living environment. We enjoy spending time together but also respect each other’s privacy and personal space. In our "default constellation", we are not only flat mates but also friends, who appreciate living togehter. So no Zweck-WG at all!
