Wir suchen jemanden, der ein wunderschönes Zimmer in unserer WG im Herzen von Friedrichshain, in der Samariterstraße, untermieten möchte. Das hier ist mehr als nur eine Unterkunft – es ist ein Zuhause, das du mit zwei anderen freundlichen, aufgeschlossenen Mitbewohner
teilst, die eine gute Atmosphäre, Sauberkeit und eine warme, einladende Umgebung schätzen.
Zum Zimmer:
Das Zimmer liegt zum Innenhof und ist daher sehr ruhig, fernab von der Kopfsteinpflasterstraße der belebten Samariterstraße. Es ist möbliert, aber du kannst die Möbel gerne nach Belieben umstellen. Permanente Veränderungen sollten allerdings vorher abgesprochen werden. Ein paar pflegeleichte Pflanzen stehen dir zur Gesellschaft und freuen sich darauf, von dir am Leben gehalten zu werden :)

We’re looking for someone to sublet a lovely room in our flat in the heart of Friedrichshain, in Samariterstr. This is more than just a place to live – it's a home shared with two other friendly, open-minded flatmates who appreciate good vibes, cleanliness, and a warm, welcoming environment.
About the Room:
The room is on the courtyard side and is very quiet, away from the cobbled, busy Samariterstr. The room will be furnished, but feel free to move things around. Permanent changes will need to be approved. A few easy going plants will also provide some company in return for staying alive :)
