Hii,
I‘m Laura 25 yo and I‘m looking for someone to sublet my room. No Anmeldung.
Most important to me:
I‘m a musician and I work night shifts in gastronomy so my rhythm is a little bit crazy. Sometimes I make music in my room till after midnight. It‘s not so loud that it would disturb the neighbors, but your room is next to mine and the walls are very thin so you would hear everything. If you like it quiet and can’t sleep with earplugs in then this is not for you 😬
If by chance you can teach piano (professionally) or help me with social media marketing we can lower the rent lol.
Regarding the room: I can get a bed to the matress but you‘d need to help me build it 🥹 Also there will be a lamp and little dresser if you want.
No smoking also not outside the window 🥹
