I will be renting my room out for two months as I will be away in Cape Town. Possibility to extend till 28 March. Fully furnished.
The neighbourhood is really quiet and chilled, but Ostkreuz is a 4 min cycle and Boxhagner Platz is about a 7 min cycle. So you are in the heart of Friedrichshain very quickly. A few nice restaurants close by too - 2 Vietnamese, 1 Indian, Pizza place. Also Holmes Place gym is 1 min cycle away, there is also a Kaufland next door.
You will share the apartment with my roommate, Simon, who mostly works from home as a coder. We have a very relaxed atmorsphere here, but expect a level of cleanliness and respect for each others space and noise levels when.
