Mein Zimmer wird zum Januar frei, erstmal zur Untermiete für einen, ggf. zwei Monate, jedoch besteht die Möglichkeit auf Verlängerung, falls ihr es Euch vorstellen könnt zweite Hauptmieter:in zu werden.
Das Zimmer ist zum Hinterhof, ruhig und hell. Die Hochebene bleibt drinnen, sowie ein Schlafsofa und evtl. ein Kleiderschrank, welche beide nicht auf den Bildern zu sehen sind!
Direkt an der Haltestelle Straßmannstr., Ringbahn sind ca 12 min zu Fuß, Supermärkte, Bars & Kinos direkt um die Ecke!
Hendrik arbeitet an der Charité, Anastasia kommt aus Italien und macht ihren Master in Berlin.
Das Zusammenleben würde ich als ruhig & gemütlich beschreiben. Gesprochen wird deutsch, italienisch und englisch!
Gesucht wird erstmal eine Person für Januar/Januar+Februar. Wenn ihr Euch vorstellen könnt, Hauptmieter:in zu werden ist dann auch eine Übernahme vom Zimmer möglich.
