We are looking for someone to take over my space for around 2 months so all arrangements consisting of deposit, contract, etc. will be done with the main tenant WHICH WE ARE NOT.
The WG is being dissolved so thats why its only short term.
The apartment consists of 2,5 rooms and you would use 1,5 plus kitchen and bathroom. The other person is only 1 or 2 times per week in the apartment.
The kitchen will be fully equipped but the room only half furnished with bed, desk and one armchair.
We are planning on doing the visits this weekend.
