Da ich ab dem 01. März ein Praktikum in Brüssel mache, wird mein schönes, helles Zimmer vom 01.03. bis mind. 30.09.2025 am Ostkreuz frei. Das Zimmer ist 25qm groß und sehr hell und ruhig gelegen, da das Haus im wunderschönen Kaskelkiez liegt. Das Zimmer wird möbliert vermietet. Im Zimmer befindet sich ein 1,40m großes Bett, ein großer Schreibtisch, Regal, Schrank, Kommode und ein Sofa.
Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit einem großen Kühlschrank, Backofen, Kaffeemaschine, Mixer, Herd und einer Spülmaschine. Es gibt genug Platz zum gemeinsamen Kochen und Essen mit Mitbewohner*innen und Freund*innen. Das Highlight unserer Wohnung ist der wunderschöne Südbalkon, der in den Hinterhof rausgeht und wo man im Sommer sehr schön auf unserer Outdoor-Couch entspannen kann.

Since I’ll be doing an internship in Brussels starting March 1st, my beautiful, bright room will be available from March 1st until at least September 30th, 2025, near Ostkreuz. The room is 25 sqm, very bright, and quietly located, as the apartment is in the lovely Kaskelkiez neighborhood. The room is rented fully furnished and includes a 1.40m bed, a large desk, a shelf, a wardrobe, a dresser, and a sofa.
The kitchen is well-equipped with a large fridge, oven, coffee maker, blender, stove, and dishwasher. There is plenty of space for cooking and dining together with roommates and friends. The highlight of our apartment is the beautiful south-facing balcony overlooking the backyard, where you can relax on our outdoor couch in the summer.
Die Wohnung liegt im wunderschönen Kaskelkiez in Berlin-Friedrichshain. Zu Fuß sind es ca. 10 min zum Ostkreuz oder 5 min zum Nöldnerplatz. Damit ist die ÖPNV-Anbindung perfekt. Zudem ist man in 15min zu Fuß am Boxi. Ganz in der Nähe (ca. 5 min zu Fuß) liegt auch die Rummelsburg, wo man wunderschön spazieren oder im Sommer Kajak fahren kann.

The apartment is located in the beautiful Kaskelkiez neighborhood in Berlin-Friedrichshain. It’s about a 10-minute walk to Ostkreuz or 5 minutes to Nöldnerplatz, offering excellent public transport connections. Additionally, you can reach Boxhagener Platz (Boxi) on foot in just 15 minutes. The Rummelsburg area is also nearby (about a 5-minute walk), where you can enjoy lovely walks or go kayaking in the summer.
In der WG leben Lizzie (29, deutsch), die in einem süßen Laden im Prenzlauer Berg arbeitet und Laura (25, spanisch), die gerade ihre Masterarbeit in Bioinformatik schreibt. Uns ist ein gutes WG-Leben wichtig und wir haben ein sehr entspanntes Verhältnis. Wir kochen gerne zusammen, chillen abends in der Küche oder gehen mal zusammen aus, aber natürlich hat jede von uns auch ihr eigenes Leben und es ist kein Problem, wenn man mal seine Ruhe braucht.

In the shared apartment live Lizzie (29, German), who works in a cute shop in Prenzlauer Berg, and Laura (25, Spanish), who is currently writing her master’s thesis in bioinformatics. We value a good shared living atmosphere and have a very relaxed relationship. We enjoy cooking together, chilling in the kitchen in the evenings, or occasionally going out together. Of course, everyone has their own life too, and it’s absolutely fine if you need some time to yourself.
Der Preis beinhaltet alle Kosten, inklusive Strom, Wasser, Internet usw. Du müsstest nur noch deinen Teil der GIZ-Gebühren bezahlen. Ansonsten ist eine Anmeldung leider aktuell nicht möglich, da es nur eine Untermiete ist.
Da ich aktuell noch nicht ganz genau absehen kann, wie es für mich ab Ende September weitergeht, könnte es auch sein, dass das Zimmer länger vermietet wird oder sogar übernommen werden könnte. Das können wir dann gerne nochmal persönlich besprechen.

The price includes all costs, including electricity, water, internet, etc. You would only need to pay your share of the GIZ fees. Unfortunately, registration is not possible at the moment since it is a sublet.
As I’m currently unsure about my plans after the end of September, it’s possible that the room could be rented out for a longer period or even permanently. We can discuss this further in person.
