Hey everyone,
we are looking for a new long-term roomie to join our lovely 5-girls flatshare in our garden WG! The apartment is 90m², super spacious, and despite being in such a lively area, it’s incredibly calm and peaceful. It’s a real Altbau dream with high ceilings, big windows, and beautiful wooden floors – the kind of place everyone is looking for. The flat is super bright all day long, and we even have our own private garden, perfect for BBQs, relaxing, or keeping bikes safe.
Our shared living and dining area is 25m² from which the garden is for everyone accessible, making it the perfect space for cozy evenings, shared dinners, or inviting friends over. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a dishwasher, washing machine, and all cooking essentials.
We also have two bathrooms, so no stress in the mornings – one has a bathtub, and the other a spacious shower.
There are five available rooms between €650 and €750. They are bright and spacious with high ceilings and, like all the other rooms in the flat, faces the private garden. Waking up to the view of green and fresh air makes it feel like a holiday in the middle of the city. It comes fully furnished, so you can move in right away and feel at home.
The rent is all-inclusive, covering everything – service charges, water, heating, green power, internet, etc.
