Ideally, we are looking for a long term roommate who is down to have fun yet keep it tight during the week. Our flat is full of cool, retro collections Sven has accumulated over this years so this isn't a crazy party flat, but don't get me wrong, it's still a fun and place. It's a WG where we don't live on a structured schedules. We do have a cleaning schedule we like to follow but are open to suggestions.

During winter we like to enjoy the HDTV / 3D projector and lounge or go out to the TERRACE where we melt into the SAUNA and mini pool (see photos)in winter filled with warm water from the bathroom. In summer we hang out on the terrace the airconditioned wood house and have a BBQ while cooling off with a cold beer in the POOL or just a casual evening coasting on the HOLLYWOOD SWING.. The woudhouse is nice to sleep in in summer with AC in winter with a common header nice to sleep outside. Also the hollywood swing can be folded to outdoor bed. The ionisation vent outside keeps it comfortable in warm summers. A pipe with steam outlets is available too. The terrace is a place for each of us to decompress from the week and enjoy the finer things.

The flat is very centrally located. It's across the street from Warschauer Straße
Station w/ Tram, S-Bahn, Metro, Bus. Rewe Supermarket & DM are across the street and an ALDI is just around the corner. Direct connection to Hauptbahnhof, Airport, etc.

Sven is the Hauptmieter. He takes care of the contract with the Landlord and allows for others to rent from under him. You are able to register here if that's important.

Sven is from Berlin and has lived here most of his life. He has a passion for music and is creating good vibes. He works for Volkswagen in Wolfsburg and commutes each week to the VW office. He has been gracious enough to share his life / proberties with us in a badass location in Berlin. There is a music studio (Ableton latest version, Push3, Native Instruments 88 Keyboard, Accordeon, Piano from grandma, Laser - Harp (stunning and fun), etc..): 4 Lasers with lasershows are available.

Last but not least...there is one more flatmate. BUBI is our shared parrot (Macaw). He is 10 years old, curious, says CIAO for greeting you and Hello and comes fully loaded with songs and sayings. He is a wonderful bird who likes to hug and kiss you if you're sweet to him. Nothing to be afraid of.Truly a unique creature. He says ciao when you leave in away that you ll stay ,-) we appreciate people who are not afraid of parrot and care for pets. This is the main reason why Sven shares his flat.
So far we had only long term roomates up to 4 years.
