Hi. Ich mach's ganz kurz:
Arbeitsbedingt befinde ich mich im Ausland, weshalb ich für einen Monat mein Zimmer zu vergeben habe.
Gesucht wird eine ruhige, saubere und verantwortungsvolle Person, die im März in unsere 3er WG zieht.
Das Zimmer hat 20qm und verfügt über einen Balkon (ca. 4-5qm) sowie Dielenfußboden und eine hohe Decke. Auf Grund der Deckenhöhe ist ein großes und stabiles Hochbett eingebaut. Die Wohnung liegt leicht zu erreichen im 1. OG eines erst 2009 sanierten Altbaus.
Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist mit Schreibtisch, Ledercouch & Sessel sowie Sideboard, Schrank und Kleiderständer möbliert. Da einige Möbel noch so gut wie neu sind, erhebe ich eine Kaution.

Due to work, I am currently abroad, which is why I am offering my room for rent for one month.
I’m looking for a quiet, clean, and responsible person to move into our three-person shared apartment for the month of March.
The room is 20 sqm and features a balcony (approx. 4-5 sqm), wooden floorboards, and a high ceiling. Because of the ceiling height, a large and sturdy loft bed has been installed. The apartment is conveniently located on the first floor of a historic building, which was completely renovated in 2009.
The room is fully furnished with a desk, leather couch & armchair, sideboard, wardrobe, and a clothes rack. Since some of the furniture is practically brand new, I require a deposit.

Ich selbst bin nicht in der Wohnung, dafür aber Aly (Fotoassistentin) und Efi (Yoga-Lehrerin).
Da alle berufstätig sind, ist das WG leben ruhig und ungezwungen. Die WG ist ein Rückzugsort und wird gelegentlich auch als Home Office genutzt. Jeder folgt seinem Alltag. Wenn sich was zusammen ergibt, ist das aber auch fein. Und seien wir ehrlich: Es ist ja nur für einen Monat. Dennoch stehen Sauberkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Vertrauen ganz oben auf der Wunschliste der Charaktereigenschaften.
Rauchen in der Wohnung ist ein No Go, auf dem Balkon aber kein Problem. Freunde können in Absprache mit den Mitbewohnerinnen mal vorbeischauen, Parties sind Tabu.

I won’t be in the apartment, but Aly (photo assistant) and Efi (yoga teacher) will be.
Since everyone is working, the flatshare is quiet and relaxed. The apartment is a place to retreat and is occasionally used as a home office. Everyone follows their own routine, but if something comes up to do together, that’s totally fine. And let’s be honest: it’s only for a month.
That being said, cleanliness, reliability, and trust are the most important qualities we’re looking for.
Smoking is a no-go inside, but it’s fine on the balcony. Friends are welcome with prior notice, but parties are not allowed.
