Hallo,
wir - das sind Marine, Basti und Pablo - sind auf der Suche nach einem*er neuen Mitbewohner*in. Wir sind alle berufstätig, unternehmen aber auch etwas gemeinsam und kochen gerne zusammen.
Das helle Zimmer ist ca. 16 qm groß, hat einen eigenen Balkonzugang und liegt auf der ruhigen Seite zum Innenhof. Eventuell verbleibt das praktische kleine Wandregal deiner Vorgängerin, ansonsten bist du ganz frei in der Gestaltung deines neuen Zimmers.
Ebenso ist die Wohnung vor 7 Jahren komplett (Erstbezug) neu eingerichtet worden und verfügt über alles was man zum Leben, Kochen und Spaß haben braucht.
Wir haben zwei Bäder, zwei Balkone, eine Abstellkammer, einen riesen Wohn/Essbereich, einen Kellerraum, einen Fahrstuhl und Glasfaseranschluss. Außerdem kommt alle zwei Wochen unser netter Reinigungsmann und beschert und eine blitzblanke Wohnung.
Lage:
Wir wohnen direkt an der Modersohnbrücke in Friedrichshain. Simon-Dach-Straße, Raw Gelände, Boxhagener Platz, Ostkreuz - alles ist direkt um die Ecke. Dementsprechend gibt es kulinarisch sehr viel zu entdecken. Und gegenüber von gibt es einen Rewe, Aldi und eine Packstation und am Ostkreuz einen Denns der auch Sonntags geöffnet hat. Fahrräder können wir bequem in unserer Tiefgarage parken.
WG-Leben:
Unser WG-Leben ist super entspannt - alles kann, nix muss. Wir sind alle seit einigen Jahren ins Berufsleben gestartet, aber Freizeit ist uns doch immer wichtiger als Arbeit ;)
Gerne kochen oder unterhalten wir uns im Wohnzimmer oder auf dem Balkon, gehen aber auch unsere eigenen Wege - je nach Lust und Laune. Ab und an bringt jemand von uns auch Freunde mit zum gemütlichen Beisammensein, aber Party-WG sind wir eher weniger.
Wir freuen uns auf eine*n aufgeweckte*n neue*n Mitbewohner*in und würden uns freuen dich möglichst bald persönlich kennenzulernen und Dir natürlich auch die Wohnung zu zeigen.

Hello there,
We, Marine, Basti and Pablo, are looking for a new roommate. We all work, but we also like to do things together and cook together.
The room is bright and about 16 square meters and has direct access to the balcony. Located towards the inner courtyard you can sleep calmly in there. Potentially our former flatmate will leave the pretty and practical rack you see on the photo. Besides that you are free to design your new room the way you want it.
The apartment was also completely refurnished 7 years ago (first occupancy) and has everything you need for living, cooking and having fun.
We have two bathrooms, two balconies, a storage room, a huge living/dining area, a cellar room, an elevator and fiber optic connection. In addition, our friendly cleaner comes every two weeks and gives us a spotless apartment.
Location:
We live directly on the Modersohnbrücke in Friedrichshain. Simon-Dach-Straße, Raw Gelände, Boxhagener Platz, Ostkreuz - everything is just around the corner. So there's plenty of culinary delights to discover. And there's a Rewe, Aldi and a Pack-station opposite and a Denns at Ostkreuz that's also open on Sundays. We can easily park our bicycles in our underground parking garage.
Shared flat living:
Our shared flat life is super relaxed - everything can be done, nothing has to be done. We all started working a few years ago, but leisure time is always more important to us than work ;)
We like to cook or chat in the living room or on the balcony, but we also go our own ways - depending on our mood. From time to time, one of us/or all brings friends over for a cozy celebration, but we're not really party people.
We are looking forward to meeting a bright new flatmate and would love to get to know you in person as soon as possible and, of course, show you around the apartment.
