Hello ladies,
We’re two roommates who are coincidentally moving out of our WG at the same time and therefore are looking for 2 people to take over our respective rooms from April 1st onwards (one room can be available sooner).
The two rooms are about 20-25m² and both face the main street (Warschauerstr). All street-facing windows have been replaced in 2024 so it’s still fairly quiet in both rooms.
The rooms face east and therefore receive a lot of natural light, especially in the morning.
They both come completely furnished with a bed, desk, some shelves and a wardrobe.
The flat is on the 4th floor with an elevator :) and it also comes with a new washing machine.
For both rooms, the rent will be 630€ warm and the deposit will be 1.300€. The rent includes all utilities (water, heating, electricity) and internet. It does not include the Radio tax, which is split between the 3 of us.
The room will also come with the opportunity to register (amneldung) here, and the minimum stay is 12 months.
When we moved into the apartment, we fully equipped it with all the kitchenware, linens, small appliances and bathroom cabinets/shelves, etc. Therefore, we each would ask for a takeover amount of 150€.
The location of the flat is amazing! The M10 is a 2 min walk away, u1/u3 about a 5 min walk away, the s-bahn about a 7 min walk away, and there are multiple bus lines in the neighborhood as well – so overall, you’re well-connected to any part of the city.
Kreuzberg is just across the bridge, and there are tons of bars, restaurants, and clubs all around this area.
Your current flatmate is from Argentina and currently works in retail. She is in her late 20s and just moved into the flat. She’s super lovely and sunny, and we want to make sure she will live with people who are just as nice, communicative, tidy/clean, social but also respect privacy. The common language in our WG is English, so it would be ideal if you are comfortable in this language.
