I rent 1 of my rooms in a 90 sq.m2 flat ASAP and I m looking for 1 persons for 2 months (we can speak about duration) , ideally people from outside Berlin , working if possible but I m open. One Room is more 20 m2 , furnished with bed, table and a hanger, two chairs. Room is 700 eur plus altogether .
There is a good bed, adequate lighting, a clothes hanger but there will be a need for a desk and a proper chair. Everything in the kitchen, oven, washing machine etc. So I prefer having someone who does not need extra furnitures and only suicases.
