as I will be gone for a longer vacation, I will sublet my spacious, pretty room in Berlin Friedrichshain in Jan & Feb 2025 for 2 months. Besides the Bed there is a big couch an arm chair and a big TV that you can connect to your Netflix or Spotify if you like. You find a workplace with an extra monitor.
We also have a spacious living room with a dinner table and a cozy couch, accessible through a big door from my room or from the hallway.
We are pretty tidy and clean.
We are only looking for one person to stay in the room, no couples or groups. Also no pets are allowed in the flat.
The total price per month is 600€ all in.

Weidenweg. Close to Bersarinplatz. M10 station is 1min away. Tram 21 right in front of the door. Ringbahn 10 minute walk or connect with u5 from Frankfurter Tor. There is a small supermarket right downstairs, that offers everything you need and a larger shopping center about 10min walk away. Boxhagener Platz with a lot of Cafes and Bars is also about 10 min by foot.
We are a shared flat of me and 2girls. Everybody is nice and friendly and easy going. We're no messys and also don't party every night but everybody gets a long vry well. We have a laundry machine, dish washer, coffee machine and all these great things you need in everyday life.
