Ich vermiete mein grosses Zimmer in Friedrichshain vom 4. November bis 1. Januar 2025 da ich zwei Monate im Ausland bin.
Das Zimmer ist 25m2, sehr geräumig, hell und voll möbliert mit einem Bett, Tisch, Kleiderschrank, Couch und Sesseln.
Einzugsdatum kann flexibel ab dem 4. November 2024 sein und Auszug ist auch flexibel, da ich zwischen dem 1. und 10. Januar zurückkomme.

I am renting out my large room in Friedrichshain from November 4 to January 1, 2025 as I will be abroad for two months.
The room is 25m2, very spacious, bright and fully furnished with a bed, table, closet, couch and armchairs.
Move in date can be flexible from November 4, 2024 and move out is also flexible as I will be back between January 1 and January 10.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist phänomenal! Ich liebe es hier zu wohnen!
Du bist 2 Minuten von der Spree entfernt, auf dem linken Spreeufer zwischen Warschauer Strasse und der wilden Renate.
Obwohl das Zimmer im EG ist, ist es hier sehr ruhig.
Netto ist 50 Meter entfernt und auch der Treptower Park ist in 10 Minuten erreichbar.
Man ist in 10 Minuten Fussweg bei der Warschauer Strasse und auch beim Ostkreuz!
D.h. beste Verkehrsanbindung zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. U1, U3, S7, Ringbahn und Nahverkehr.

The location of the apartment is phenomenal! I love living here!
You are 2 minutes away from the Spree, on the left bank of the Spree between Warschauer Strasse and the wild Renate.
Although the room is on the ground floor, it's very quiet here.
Netto is 50 meters away and Treptower Park can be reached in 10 minutes.
You can reach Warschauer Strasse and Ostkreuz in 10 minutes on foot!
I.e. best transport connections to public transport. U1, U3, S7, Ringbahn and public transportation.
Wir sind Laurids (28 Jahre), Chloe (30 Jahre) und Jake (34).
Wir arbeiten im Nachtleben und der Gastronomie und schätzen unsere super angebundene und ruhige Wohnung sehr.
Die Nachbarn sind super chillig und es gibt nie Probleme hier.
Grundsätzlich sind wir ein sehr eingespieltes Team und kümmern uns gemeinsam um den Haushalt.
Die Wohnküche ist gut ausgestattet, mit allem, was man zum Kochen braucht.
Hier sitzt man abends und trinkt ein Bierchen oder einen Wein.
Es gibt einen Geschirrspüler und auch eine Waschmaschine.
Ansonsten ist hier alles gechillt und unkompliziert.
Ich muss sagen, dass wir uns echt gut verstehen und immer eine echt gute Zeit miteinander haben.

We work in nightlife and hospitality and really appreciate our super connected and quiet apartment.
The neighbors are super chill and there are never any problems here.
Basically, we are a very well-rehearsed team and take care of the household together.
The eat-in kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook.
We sit here in the evening and have a beer or a glass of wine.
There is a dishwasher and a washing machine.
Apart from that, everything here is chilled out and uncomplicated.
I have to say that we get on really well and always have a really good time together.
