The room is approx. 23 sqm in size, overlooks the Libauer street and is available for €600 per month, which includes all expenses.
Also, you wouldn't mind taking care of the plants while living here
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of an 'alt-bau' building and features floorboards throughout the apartment, a spacious bathroom with a shower, a bathtub and washing machine. In addition, the flat is equipped with a dishwasher, a small guest room, and a balcony in Johanna's room.
Despite the apartment being near Simon-Dach Straße, our street is fairly quiet. The Warschauer S and U-Bahn stations, many bars and cafes, and the RAW area are all just minutes away
In the flat, there is Johanna (43), a high-school teacher of English, French & Art, also a photography student; Kourosh (31) Performer and theatre maker, and Liz (28) a nutrition specialist.
We all get well along together but we have our own lives as well. Occasionally we chat together in the kitchen, go out for dinner or watch a movie. We are all non-smokers and would prefer it if you are a non-smoker too.
Ideally, you are someone who:
- keeps somewhat regular hours
- who can stick to a cleaning schedule
- is respectful of the other people in the flatshare
- who is easy going in general
