Hi,
unsere Zwischenmieterin wird uns Ende Januar verlassen, und gern würde ich mein Zimmer bis Ende Juni aufgrund meines Praktikums gern weiter untervermieten. Die Wohnung liegt im zentralen Friedrichshain, ist ein sanierter Altbau die WG, große Wohnküche, Balkon, Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine, + trockenen Keller. Gesucht wird eine Mitbewohnerin (w). Tiere eventuell und nach Absprache möglich, möglichst NR, jedoch solltest Du offen für alle Arten der Ernährung (veg. + Fleischesser) und explizit sexuell sehr open minded sein. Wir leben hier eine offene F+ auch miteinander innerhalb der WG. Alle Arten von sexuell positiv daher willkommen. Schreib gern, wer Du bist und was Du machst. our temporary tenant will be leaving us at the end of January and I would like to sublet my room until the end of June due to my internship. The apartment is in central Friedrichshain, is a renovated old building, the shared flat, large kitchen-living room, balcony, washing machine and dishwasher, + dry cellar. We are looking for a roommate (female). Pets are possible and by arrangement, preferably non-smoker, but you should be open to all types of diet (vegetarian + meat eaters) and explicitly very open-minded sexually. We live an open F+ here, also with each other within the shared flat. All types of sexually positive are therefore welcome. Feel free to write who you are and what you do.
