Das Zimmer ist 11 qm groß, hat ein eingebautes schönes Hochbett mit Matratze (kann natürlich eine eigene mitgebracht werden). Du brauchst also theoretisch nur einen Schrank.
Die Küche ist auch groß und mit einem Gasherd und Spülmaschine ausgestattet.

The room is 11 square meters in size and has a built-in, beautiful loft bed with a mattress (you can, of course, bring your own if you prefer). So theoretically, you only need a wardrobe.
The kitchen is also spacious and equipped with a gas stove and a dishwasher.

Die Wohnung befindet sich Direkt vor der Sbahn Rummelsburg und sechs Minuten vom Ostkreuz entfernt. Der Kiez ist Kaskelkiez bzw. auch die Sonntagsstraße/Neue Bahnhofstraße ist der Ort wo man schnell hinkommt. Als Einkaufsmöglichkeit gibt es Kaufland direkt 2 Minuten zu Fuß, auch Aldi 10 MInuten Richtung Sisyphos, Lidl 12 Minuten am About Blank.
Die Wohnung ist an der Rummelsburger Bucht, wo man direkt am Wasser sich aufhalten kann. Es gibt einen Hinterhof wo du dein Fahrrad abstellen kannst und sogar auch grillen etc. ist möglich. Parkplätze sind vor der Tür möglich wenn man á la Berlin sich den schnappt.

The apartment is located right in front of the Rummelsburg S-Bahn station and is six minutes from Ostkreuz. The neighborhood is Kaskelkiez, and you can also quickly reach Sonntagsstraße/New Bahnhofstraße.

For shopping, there is a Kaufland just a 2-minute walk away, Aldi is 10 minutes in the direction of Sisyphos, and Lidl is 12 minutes near About Blank.

The apartment is near Rummelsburger Bucht, where you can spend time directly by the water. There is a backyard where you can park your bike, and even grilling, etc., is possible. Parking is available in front of the building—if you manage to grab a spot, Berlin-style.

Du wirst mit Juan zusammen leben und mit mir, ich bin allerings viel unterwegs und selten zu Hause.
Das miteinsnder ist ruhig und vertrauensvoll, keine Party WG. Es ist sauber und wir legen Wert auf den eigenen Space, das heißt es wird nicht nachts lange laut Musik gehört z.B. :)

You will be living with Juan and me, though I travel a lot and am rarely at home.
The living environment is calm and based on trust—this is not a party flatshare. It’s clean, and we value personal space, meaning, for example, that loud music won’t be played late at night. :)

Gerne kannst du mir eine Mail schreiben mit kurzen facts über dich und Foto, dann treffen wir uns in der Wohnung und schauen ob's passt.
Es ist im Wesentlichen unbefristet, ich möchte nur als Garantie zum Aufenthalt bis Ende des Jahres angeben. Früher ist auch möglich, kann man alles besprechen :)
