Hi!
I am renting my room for the time I will be out of Berlin. For now there will be 2 months but there is a possibility of extanding my stay abroad so the room might be available until the end of february.
The room is furnished and has all the necessary for your stay. There is a standing desk for working/studing in case you will like to do home office.

The flat is super well located, closed to the U-bahn station Magdalenenstraße (U5). It is 10 minutes walking distance to Frankfurter Alle (Ring Bahn and S8) and also 10 min walking distance to Lichtenberg U-Bahn station (S5 & S7).
There are several supermarkets closeby (Aldi, Lidl and Rewe).

You will be sharing the flat my my dear flatmate Max. He is starting a new job so he might be at the office or chilling at his room when he is free. Of course always available for a nice talk in the kitchen :)

I am looking for someone respectuful, friendly and clean. Having a green hand would be a plus 🌱
I am leaving my belongings in the flat so I would really appreciate your care with the furniture and things in the flat.
