The room is cozy, lots of plants and should have all you need for your stay. :)
I will make some room in the wardrobe for your stuff and theres a desk with a monitor that you are free to use.
The highlight definitely is the view during sunset and the light that falls in during these hours.
The area is quiet but very well connected.
Within 3 mins by foot, you‘ll find tram lines 50 and M13.
Wirhin 8 mins by foot, you‘ll reach S+U Gesundbrunnen with loads of connections including U8, circle line, airport connection.
The U8 and circle line connect you to many clubs.
Within walking distance there is everything you need for every day life: supermarkets, drugstores, etc.
You will have the flat mostly to yourself but both Rabea and I might drop by occasionally to pick up a few things.
The flat has everything you could need (fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, etc).
There also is a living room (that we mostly use for drying our laundry lol) and a balcony.
We are a vegan household. You do not need to be, but vegetarian at least, as we just don‘t want any meat in our fridge etc.
I can provide you with towels need be.
