Hii, wir sind eine kleine 3er WG im Wedding und suchen im Moment nach einer dritten Person, die mit uns ab Anfang März für eine Weile wohnen möchte.
Das Zimmer ist nicht möbliert, 13 qm groß. Aktuell kostet das Zimmer ca. 390€ warm mit allem drum und dran, wird aber noch etwas günstiger/teurer (+/- ca. 10-20 €), weil wir den Internetvertrag gerade ändern müssen. Die Wohnung ist im Hinterhaus im vierten Stock, das Zimmer geht zum Hinterhof, der wiederum zur Pankstraße geöffnet ist. Ist manchmal etwas lauter, da dort auch eine Kirche steht und viel Polizei etc. fährt. Das Zimmer ist zwar klein, wir haben aber eine große Küche mit Wohncharakter :-)

Hi, we are a small 3-person flat share in Wedding and are currently looking for a third person who would like to live with us for a while from early March.
The room is not furnished, 13 square meters in size. The room currently costs about 390€ warm, but will be a bit cheaper/more expensive (+/-about 10-20 €) because we are currently changing our internet contract. The apartment is in the rear building on the fourth floor, the room faces the backyard, which in turn faces Pankstraße. It is sometimes a bit noisy as there is also a church there and a lot of police traffic. The room is small, but we have a large kitchen with a living room feel :-)
2min Fußweg zur U8 Pankstr, 10min zum Gesundbrunnen (ICE, RE, S-Bahn, Ringbahn), 12min zur U9 Osloer Straße/Nauener Platz. Supermarkt (Rewe, Lidl, Penny, Kaufland, diverse arabische Supermärkte) sind alle in kurzen Wegen zu erreichen. Kneipen, Cafés, Restaurants usw. gibt's in einer Vielzahl ums Eck. Ein paar Minuten zu Fuß ist auch der Volkspark Humboldthain, für kurze oder längere Spaziergänge (oder auch zum Baden).

2min walk to U8 Pankstr, 10min to Gesundbrunnen (ICE, RE, S-Bahn, Ringbahn), 12min to U9 Osloer Straße/Nauener Platz. Supermarkets (Rewe, Lidl, Penny, Kaufland, various Arab supermarkets) are all within short walking distance. There are plenty of pubs, cafés, restaurants etc. around the corner. The Volkspark Humboldthain is also just a few minutes' walk away for short or long walks (or for swimming).
Nun zu uns: Ich bin Emma (22, sie/ihr) und bin in den letzten Zügen meines Architektur Studiums. Das ist auch was mich zurzeit auch am meisten beschäftigt, mir aber auch sehr viel Spaß macht. Meine Freizeit fülle ich gerne mit Theater, nähen, zeichnen oder was mir so in die Finger kommt. Ich treffe mich gerne mit Freund*innen zum Billard spielen oder einfach in einer Bar oder Späti.
Beim Zusammenleben bin ich voll für offene Kommunikation und Gemeinschaft. Sitze selber gerne viel in der Küche und hab dabei eigentlich immer gern Gesellschaft. Zuhause ist mir ein freundschaftlicher Umgang wichtig, was sich auch gerne mal aus dieser Wohnung raus tragen kann.
Ich bin Floris, 21 Jahre alt, studiere momentan Geographie/Stadtplanung und ich würde mich als reiselustig, freundlich und umgänglich bezeichnen. Ich bin (wie du) auch nur für den Zeitraum der Untermiete in Berlin, da ich ein Praktikum in einem Stadtplanungsbüro mache.
Ein gutes Zusammenleben bedeutet für uns außerdem:
- ein solidarisches und kompromissbereites Miteinander mit Raum, das gemeinsame Zusammenleben zu besprechen
- eine saubere und (einigermaßen) ordentliche Wohnung
- eine queer-freundliche Atmosphäre, ohne Platz für rechte Hetze, Antisemitismus oder andere Diskriminierungsformen

Now about us: I'm Emma (22, she/her) and I'm in the final stages of my architecture degree. This is also what keeps me busy at the moment, but I also enjoy it a lot. I like to fill my free time with theater, sewing, drawing or whatever I can get my hands on. I like to meet up with friends to play pool or simply go to a bar or Späti.
When it comes to living together, I'm all for open communication and community. I like sitting in the kitchen a lot myself and always enjoy having company. At home, a friendly atmosphere is important to me, which can also be carried out of this apartment from time to time.
I'm Floris, 21 years old, currently studying geography/urban planning and I would describe myself as a keen traveller, friendly and sociable. Like you, I'm only in Berlin for the duration of the sublet, as I'm doing an internship in an urban planning office.
For us, good shared living also means
- solidarity and a willingness to compromise with each other with space to discuss living together
- a clean and (reasonably) tidy apartment
- a queer-friendly atmosphere, with no room for racism, antisemitism or other forms of discrimination
