PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Hi there,
Starting October 1st, I have an opening in my WG - a wonderful apartment next to Humboldthain/Gesundbrunnen Main Station. You will rent two rooms and can use shared rooms (living room and washroom). This WG is for professional workers who want to have a nice, clean and warm apartment with high ceilings (loft-style) and want to enjoy the shared rooftop terrace with a wonderful view over Berlin. It is truly an oasis.
You would get a „Untermietvertrag“. Both short rent and long-term Untermietvertrag is possible.
I am renting this place since 2018 (I am a professor) and over time we had a massive rent increase. We would charge 1250 Euros (1000 +250) each month, the deposit is 1000 Euro. I want to note that due to current work obligations, we (my girlfriend and I, sometimes I come alone) spend about max 3 months in Berlin (but still bear about 50 % of the costs). So I think it is a sweet deal. I am looking for easy going people who also responsibly take great care about the apartment (e.g. watering the plants, etc.).
Find attached the photos. I am certainly open to changes in the shared rooms (e.g., in living room) in case you want to bring certain furniture or paintings with you.

Its awesome, 5 - 7 minutes to Gesundbrunnen or S-Humboldthain. So the connection to public transport is perfect. And by foot you are close to supermarkets, cafés and of course the wonderful humboldhain park.
See description of room. This WG is a Berufstätigen WG / Zweck WG. I had several roomies in the past years and it always was a great experience.
