Das Zimmer ist ca. 25 m² groß, und die restliche verfügbare Wohnfläche beträgt etwa 20 m². Das Fenster blickt direkt auf den Innenhofgarten des Gebäudes, von dem aus man Ruhe und einen schönen Blick auf Bäume genießen kann. Very spacious apartment located on the 3rd floor of a renovated old building, overlooking an interior garden in a very quiet area. The apartment has a simple, minimalist, and functional style, but it is still very cozy.
The room is approximately 25 m², and the rest of the available apartment space is about 20 m². The window faces directly onto the building’s interior garden, where you can enjoy peace and a lovely view of the trees. The room is rented fully furnished: large bed (sofa bed), nightstand, desk, chair, lamp, duvet, sheets, towel, pillow, clothes rack, etc.
Die Verkehrsanbindung ist hervorragend. 3 min Pankstrasse U-Bahn U8, 7 min Gesundbrunen SBahn S1, S2, S25, Ring Bahn, U8 und Zug Regional.

Prinzipiell handelt es sich um eine Zweizimmerwohnung, die wir zu zweit teilen. Aber aus beruflichen Gründen musste ich in diesem Schuljahr in eine andere Stadt ziehen, und ich biete die gesamte Wohnung an. Mein Zimmer bleibt geschlossen, und du hast Zugang zum Rest der Wohnung für dich allein. Ich werde manchmal nach Berlin reisen, um einige Dinge zu erledigen, aber es werden nur einige Male bis Ende Juni sein, bis diese Unterkunft angeboten wird.
Ich bin eine ruhige Person und schätze Umgebungen, in denen Respekt und Achtsamkeit gibt. Ich versuche immer, einen einladenden Raum zu schaffen, in dem man sich zu Hause wohlfühlen kann. Außerdem lege ich Wert darauf, die Räume ordentlich und sauber zu halten.

Basically, it’s a two-bedroom apartment that we share as two people. However, due to work reasons, I had to move to another city this school year, and I’m offering the entire apartment. My room will remain closed, and you will have access to the rest of the apartment for yourself. I will be traveling to Berlin occasionally to take care of some things, but it will only be a few times until the end of June when this accommodation is offered.
I am a calm person, and I enjoy environments where there is respect and care. I always try to create a cozy space where you can enjoy being at home. I also like to keep the spaces tidy and clean.
