Ich ziehe zum 1.12. aus und suche eine Nachmieterin
für mein Zimmer. Mein Vertrag ist bis zum 30.09.
befristet, kann aber auf Wunsch auch priblemlos verlängert werden.
Es handelt sich um ein 14qm großes möbliertes WG Zimmer. Küche, Bad und Flur teilt man sich mit zwei Mitbewohnerinnen.
Wir suchen aktuell auch noch für ein zweites Zimmer einen Nachmieter, von daher ist hier noch alles offen. Wenn ihr zu zweit etwas sucht ist diese Wohnung also auch perfekt.

Die Miete ist inkl. Strom, Wasser und Internet.
Bahnhof Gesundbrunnen und Gesundbrunnen-Center
sind in 4 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Von dort aus
fährt die U8, die Ringbahn, S-Bahnen und auch REs und
ICEs. Es gibt zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten von
Rewe und Aldi bis zu Douglas und H&M innerhalb von
5 Minuten Fußweg
Wir waren bis jetzt eher eine Zweck-WG, da wir alle einen anderen Alltag hatten. Die
Mitbewohnerin die in der Wohnung bleibt ist 24, das
andere Zimmer sucht auch noch eine
Nachmieterin :)
