Hallo ich vermiete mein schönes Zimmer mit Balkon über die Weihnachts und Neujahrszeit. Alle Mitbewohner:innen sind sehr entspannt und freundlich und nur zum Teil über diese Teit da. Ihr habt eine voll ausgestattete Küche, die ihr verwenden könnt und ein großes Bad. Da das Zimmer ein persönliches WG Zimmer ist, ist es mir wichtig, dass du wir uns verstehen und ich dir vertrauen kann. Mein Zimmer ist voll eingerichtet, bei Bedarf kann ich dir Platz im Kleiderschrank machen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut angebunden. Ihr habt 10 Minuten fußläufig den Gesundbrunnen Bahnhof und Anschluss an Nahverkehr, Regios und Fernverkehr. Details können wir gerne noch Besprechen. Wir können uns gerne auch auf einen Call verabreden. Schreibt mir gerne auch, wenn ihr das Zimmer auch für eine kürzere Zeit wollt. Geht bitte auf den Zeitraum am Anfang eurer Anfrage ein, damit ich weiß, dass ihr gelesen habt, dass das Zimmer nur für die 2 Wochen verfügbar ist.
