Ein kleines Domizil inmitten eines wunderbaren Kiezes. Es ist das kleinere Zimmer in unserer WG, mit dem Balkon ist es ein gemütlicher und ruhiger Rückzugsort vom allgemeinen Stadtlärm. Vogelliebhaber können die Elster im Innenhof füttern und studieren. Der alte Kachelofen, die hohen Decken und die Doppelfenster lassen die Altbauromantik überall spürbar werden. Durch seine rechteckige Form, kann man dennoch ganz gut einrichten. Zusätzlich sind schon ein Bett mit 1,60m- Matratze, mehrere Kommoden, zwei Regale und eine Kleiderstange vorhanden.
A small domicile in the middle of a wonderful neighborhood. It is the smaller room in our shared flat, with the balcony it is a cozy and quiet retreat from the general city noise. Bird lovers can feed and study the magpie in the courtyard. The old tiled stove, the high ceilings and the double windows make the romance of the old building tangible everywhere. Thanks to its rectangular shape, it is still quite easy to furnish. There is also a bed with a 1.60 m mattress, several chests of drawers, two shelves and a clothes rail.
Direkt an der Panke gelegen, kann man schöne Spaziergänge am Fluss machen und ist sofort im Grünen. Ein Penny ist nur 5 Fußminuten entfernt. Der U-Bhf Osloer Straße mit der U8 und der U9 ist nur 10 Gehminuten entfernt und dort gibt es auch die Straßenbahn M13, die euch direkt bis zur Warschauer Straße bringt. Die Buslinie M27 fährt durch ganz Wedding und Moabit und auch die S-Bahn Haltestelle Wollankstraße ist nur zwei Bushaltestellen entfernt.
Die Nachbarn sind alle freundlich, helfen auch wenn man mal etwas braucht und sind nicht sehr nachtragend, wenn es mal zu laut wird.
Situated directly on the Panke, you can take lovely walks along the river and are immediately surrounded by greenery. A Penny is only a 5-minute walk away. The Osloer Straße underground station with the U8 and U9 is only a 10-minute walk away and there is also the M13 tram, which takes you directly to Warschauer Straße. The M27 bus runs throughout Wedding and Moabit and the Wollankstraße S-Bahn stop is only two bus stops away.
The neighbours are all friendly, will help you if you need anything and are not very unforgiving if it gets too loud.
Ich bin seit über sieben Jahren in dieser Wohnung und habe sie sehr lieben gelernt. Gerne verbringe ich Zeit mit meinen Mitbewohnern beim kochen und Biertrinken in unserer großen Küche. Es gibt keinen Putzplan, es wird geputzt, wenns einem zu unaufgeräumt ist, aber dann sollte auch der jeweils andere ohne zu murren mit anfassen. Der Kühlschrank hat keine besonderen Fächer und man kann sich generell bedienen, durch die Spülmaschine gibt es keine Probleme mit dem Abwasch und im Innenhof finden sich alle gängigen Mülltonnen. Ich möchte hier nicht irgendeinen Zweckbewohner sondern im besten Fall einen neuen Freund bei mir einziehen lassen.
Meine Hobbies sind Skaten, Filmen, Fotografieren, Kochen und Zocken. Gleichzeitig muss ich oft lange Arbeiten und bin auch gern so unterwegs in der Stadt.
Ich kiffe regelmäßig, wenn ihr damit ein Problem habt, meldet euch gar nicht erst.
I've lived in this flat for over seven years and have come to love it very much. I enjoy spending time with my flatmates cooking and drinking beer in our large kitchen. There's no cleaning schedule, you clean if it's too untidy for you, but then the other person should help without grumbling. The fridge has no special compartments and you can generally help yourself, the dishwasher means there are no problems with washing up and there are all the usual rubbish bins in the courtyard. I don't want to have just any functional flatmate here, but ideally a new friend to move in with me.
My hobbies are skating, filming, photography, cooking and gaming. At the same time, I often have to work long hours and like to be out and about in the city.
I smoke weed regularly, so if you have a problem with that, don't get in touch.
