Ihr Lieben, ich, Jennifer (45/studierte Sozialpädagogin) vermiete ab dem 15. September bis zum 31. Oktober ein schönes, geräumiges Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete an nette, verantwortungsvolle Berufstätige in ähnlichem Alter. Meine zweite Mitbewohnerin ist Júlia (28/tourist guide) und wird denn Zeitraum auch hier verbringen :)
Die Wohnung ist ein schöner Altbau im 1. Stock, aber unsaniert und hat noch so seinen Charme von shabby chic, mit alten Dielen, hohen Decken und teilweise schönen Altbaufenstern. Das Zimmer ist ca 26 qm groß, sonnig und geht zur Straße raus, die ist aber nur eine Nebenstraße. Es ist soweit mit allem ausgestattet, eine Bettdecke und Kissen wären verfügbar. Die Warmmiete mit Internet inbegriffen liegt monatlich bei 600 Euro, für den restlichen September bei 300 Euro. Die einmalige Kaution entspricht der Monatsmiete.
Ich meditiere, habe mit Ukelele spielen begonnen und Handwerke gern. Ich bin außerdem Vegetarierin und freue mich über Gleichgesinnte, es sei denn, du kochst hier nicht in der Wohnung. Ich bin eher ruhig und mag meinen Rückzug zur Erholung, bin aber auch offen für das ein oder andere nette Gespräch. Respekt und gegenseitige Rücksichtnahme sind mir ebenso wichtig wie es ordentlich und sauber zu haben :)

Hi there, I, Jennifer (45/studied social worker) am renting out a nice, spacious room from September 15th to October 31th to nice, responsible working people in similar age. My second roommate is Júlia (28/tourist guide) and will also spend the period here :)
The apartment is a beautiful old building on the 1st floor, but not renovated and still has its shabby chic charm, with old floorboards, high ceilings and some lovely old windows. The room is about 26 square meters, sunny and faces the street, but that is only a side street. It is equipped with everything, a duvet and pillows are available. The monthly rent including internet is 600 Euro, for the rest of September 300 Euros. The one-off deposit would be the same as the monthly rent.
I meditate, have started playing the ukelele and enjoy crafts. I am also a vegetarian and would be happy to meet like-minded people, unless you don't cook in the apartment. I am rather quiet and like to retreat to relax, but I am also open to a nice chat. Respect and mutual consideration are just as important to me as keeping things tidy and clean :)
