25sqm room free for two months with a nice balcony !!
The room has a bed (with two matress if you have any guests), a desk, a sofa and a low table. Really confy to chill in :) There are also two big shelves that we will empty as much as we can so you can put your own stuff in.
The room can be for one or two peoples.
The room is fully furnished with blankets and bed sheets.
All of the current roomates are really nice and the WG life is pretry chill.
There is unfortunately no living room but we have a small sofa on the kitchen where we like to chill together sometimes.
We have a bathroom with a bathtube and a washing machine.
The flat is at 5min walks from the Sbahn that brings you to Ostkreuz/warschauerstrasse in 20min and 5 min walk from the tram that brings you to Alexander platz in 25min. The tram works all nights !
There is a mall at 5min walk with Aldi, Rewe, Dm, Rossman and other shop.
Every body has their own life but we still like to hang out together sometimes. Have dinner together or meeting in bars or clubs.
Two of the roomates make music so if you're also into music they would probably gladly have a music session with you :)
