Ich bin Vanessa, 24 und zusammen mit meiner Hündin Rosie (5) bin ich auf der Suche nach einer coolen Wohnung in Berlin. Eventuell habe ich auch schon eine gefunden in der Treskowallee 125. Die wird nächste Woche besichtigt. Das wäre eine 5 Zimmer Wohnung, mit Küche und Bad.
Ich bin hier aufgewachsen, kenne mich also gut aus, und brauche ab Oktober eine neue Bleibe. Da der Wohnungsmarkt hier halt so ist wie er ist, dachte ich mir es ist einfacher ein paar Leute zusammen zusuchen und dann gemeinsam nach einer großen Wohnung zu schauen.
Ich wäre dann Hauptmieter, und alle würden einen Untermietsvertrag bekommen.
Generell würde ich gerne in Karlshorst, Köpenick, Friedrichshain oder so wohnen. Da gefällts mir am besten :)

My name is Vanessa, I’m 24 and I am looking for a cool apartment in Berlin with my dog Rosie.
I may have already found one at Treskowallee in Karlshorst - I will view it probably next week. This apartment would have 5 rooms.
I grew up here, so I know my way around, and I need a place to live from October onwards. We all know the shitty living situation in Berlin, and how hard it is to find a place to live, so my idea is to find a couple people and look for a large apartment together. I would then be the main tenant and everyone else would get sublet (?) contracts.
I would love to live in Karlshorst, Köpenick or Friedrichshain. I got to call those parts of the city my home for many years.

Bisschen was zu mir:
Ich bin in Berlin groß geworden und bin jetzt durch arbeit nach längerer Zeit in diversen anderen Städten wieder hier. Ich bin ziemlich entspannt was das Zusammenleben angeht, koche und backe gerne (Gebäck wird immer gerne mit Mitbewohnern geteilt). In meiner letzten WG haben wir oft zusammen gekocht wenn es die Zeit zugelassen hat, würde mich freuen wenn das was ist, was euch auch freude bereiten würde. Ich bin Veganerin (aber ich liebe Käse, also gibts öfter mal Außnahmen :)). Ich hab auch ein Klavier, mit Kopfhörer Anschluss falls das Geklimper mal zu viel wird.
Generell bin ich ein Fan von jeder macht mal was sauber - es muss nicht unbedingt einen Plan geben, hauptsache es wird gemacht.
Bisschen was zu Rosie:
Rosie ist 5, hat viel Energie und liebt Menschen und andere Hunde. Sie fühlt sich überall zuhause - und nimmt gerne jeden Platz ein, an dem jemand sie streicheln kann. Sie bellt fast nie (manchmal bei komischen Geräuschen wufft sie so ein bisschen).

Little bit about me:
I grew up here and after several years outside of Berlin I came back for a job early this year. I am pretty chill in general. I love to cook and bake (so there will always be some treats for the other people in the flat). In my last flatshare we often cooked together - when there was time for it - so it would be nice if we could keep doing this in our newly formed flat. I am vegan (however I love Cheese, so I often make exceptions to the diet).
I also own a piano - it’s an E-Piano with headphones, so if the sound gets on people’s nerves I can plug those in.
In general I am a fan of everyone doing their part to keep the apartment clean, so if it gets done, I think there’s no need for an intricate plan.
A little bit about Rosie:
She is 5 years old and has a LOT of energy. She loves humans (and other dogs). She feels at home immediately and will sleep on the couch/bed so long someone is there to pet her :)
She’s pretty quiet throughout the day, doesn’t bark much.
