Ich bin erstmal für längere Zeit nicht in Berlin und möchte gerne beide Zimmer untervermieten. Falls ihr zwei Freundinnen seid dann kommt gerne zu zweit rum. Ansonsten super entspannt alles und super schöne helle Wohnung. Das eine Zimmer (mein schlafzimmer) ist gut ausgerüstet mit Möbeln, wäre also gut wenn du keine Möbel hast.
Das andere Zimmer war mein Wohnzimmer und da steht eig nur die Couch und der TV drin, also da kann gerne was reingestellt werden. Das Wohnzimmer hat auch einen Balkon.
Ich freu mich auf eure Nachrichten:)
Die Wohnung liegt im ruhigen Karlshorst und ist super hell. edeka, netto, Lidl und Aldi sind 5 min entfernt am sbhf karlshorst. ubhf Tierpark ist auch nur 10 min zu Fuß entfernt.
Ich hoffe ihr seid zuverlässig und kommt gut miteinander aus.
