Ich biete hier ein Zimmer in meiner Altbau WG an, da meine Mitbewohnerin umziehen wird.
Das 12qm große Zimmer hat einen sehr schönen Dielenboden, und eine deckenhöhe von ca 3,5m

Die wg ist direkt am s-Karlshorst, man braucht weniger als 1min aufs gleis.
Von dort ist man mit der S3 innerhalb von 7min am ostkreuz. Die Anbindung ist hier also echt gut

Im umkreis von 3 gehminuten von der wohnung hat man hier einen edeka, penny, rossmann, aldi und viele weitere Einkausmöglichkeiten.

5min von der wohnung ist direkt ein park und dahinter ein riesiger Wald. Ne Pferderennbahn gibts hier obendrauf auch in nächster nähe:)

Ich bin Samu, der einzige Mitbewohner in der WG. Aktuell studiere ich Tontechnik, arbeite nebenbei, produziere house-music, und treffe mich gerne mit freunden.
Mir ist wichtig, dass sich hier alle wohlfühlen, und man hin und wieder gemeinsam etwas unternimmt.
Im wg alltag bin ich relativ unkompliziert, lege aber wert auf ordung und sauberkeit
