Schönes geräumiges möbliertes Altbauzimmer im Bergmannkiez, Chamissoplatz zu vermieten.
Das Zimmer ist teilmöbliert, Schlafcoach, Regal, Kleiderschrank und Schreibtisch sind vorhanden, bei Bedarf wird auch Bettwäsche gestellt. Die Küche ist gemütlich und bunt , offen für angenehme Küchenabende.
Das Zimmer wird erst mal für ca. 3 Monate befristet vermietet, wenn die Chemie stimmt, kann auch langfristig vermietet werden. Vorher keine Anmeldung möglich.
Das Zimmer ist hell, hat Stuck, von der Küche hat man einen phantastischen Ausblick auf den Chamissoplatz bis zum Alexandertrum , der Bergmannkiez, Hasenheide, Viktoriapark und der Flugplatz Tempelhof sind um die Ecke.
Ich wünsche mir eine nette lebensbejahende Frau zwischen 35-65 Jahren, auf die ich mich verlassen kann.
