Wir vermieten für drei Monate (Anfang Dez-Ende Feb) ein Zimmer in unserer schönen 4er WG, keine Zweck-WG. Der Zeitraum könnte eventuell für ein bis zwei Monate verlängert werden. Die Wohnung liegt zentral, nur wenige Minuten vom Maybachufer entfernt, und überzeugt durch Altbau-Charme und eine großzügige Raumaufteilung. Es gibt einen Balkon/Dachterrasse, ein großes Wohnzimmer und eine gemütliche Küche, perfekt zum Entspannen. Die Räume sind gut ausgestattet, und wir legen Wert auf ein freundschaftliches Miteinander. We're subletting a room for three months (Dec - End of Feb) in our lovely 4-person flatshare, not just a shared living arrangement! There is a chance that it is possible to stay up to two months longer than that. The apartment is centrally located, just a few minutes from Maybachufer, and has all the charm of an old building with spacious rooms. There's a balcony/roof terrace, a big living room and a cozy kitchen perfect for relaxing. The rooms are well-equipped, and we value a friendly and communal atmosphere. Die Wohnung befindet sich mitten in Kreuzkölln zwischen Hermannplatz und Maybachufer. In fünf Minuten sind die U8 und die U7 sowie der Bus M41 erreichbar. Mit Fahrrad ist das Kottbusser Tor ebenfalls nur fünf Minuten entfernt und von dort fährt noch die U1 und U3.
Am Wochenende finden immer schöne Flohmärkte in der Umgebung statt. Ansonsten gibt es viele Märkte und ein Unverpacktladen, die zu Fuß erreichbar sind sowie diverse kleine Bars, Kneipen und großartige Restaurants.
Unten im Haus gibt es auch eine sehr gemütliche Bar mit des Öfteren Live Musik.

The flat is located in Kreuzkölln, just in between Gräfe and Reuterkiez. You have an endless supply of restaurants and bars nearby and public transport (U8/U7) is also just a couple of minutes away.
Die Mitbewohner*innen hier sind Nati (38), Bo (32), Victoria (33) und Irina (35). Wir sind alle berufstätig. Wir genießen sehr das Leben in unserem Kiez und legen viel Wert auf ein entspanntes Miteinander und gemeinsame Koch-, Wein- oder auch jegliches andere Getränk- und Film- oder Spieleabende oder Sportaktivitäten wie Yoga oder Boulder.
Wir suchen eine*n entspannte*n Mitbewohner*in, die oder der auch Lust auf gemeinschaftliche Aktivitäten hat. Natürlich darf sich aber auch gern mal zurückgezogen werden.
Zur Wohnsituation: Bo vermietet sein Zimmer unter. Somit wirst du mit Nati, Victoria und Irina zusammenleben.
