I'm subletting my cosy room in Kreuzberg (Mehringdamm) from the 18th of December until the 31st of March 2025.
The room is part of a 4-rooms recently renovated flat. The flat has 1 modern kitchen, 1 bathroom and 2 toilets. You'll have a lot of space in the shelfs and the fridge for your food and I will empty my closet so you will have space for our clothes in the room. My roommates are all working and are often away during the week-ends or for several weeks so you'll have the flat for yourself quite often. The area is quite calm and nice. U-Bahn (U6 Mehringdamm) 1min away from the flat, supermarkets 5-10 min away.
I don't have any requirement about the person, I'm just looking for someone nice and serious who will keep the place tidy 🙂
