This wonderful Location provides a wonderfull neighbourhood with international culture, vibe and food; various nice cafes, restaurants and second hand shops as well as the convenient transportation.
The flat is 65m^2, on German first floor with high ceilings. Two bedrooms, one livingroom with separate bathroom and kitchen.The big cute room is 30^m with own balcony facing the yard, 800€ all included,furnished with bed and desks! Anmeldung is possible.
My roommate it leaving to another country for job in Oktober. It’s long term with 2-3 months trial period, latest move in date on 1st of November. I’m 23 years old master student, wish my roommate is a clean and quite people, international and LGBTQ people are welcomed. :)
