The room is quite spacious, 25 square meters. It has very basic basic furniture, everything needed especially for a short term stay: a desk, a double sized bed, a sofa, a clothes hanger and a cabinet. It has two windows that overlook the Wiener straße, making it a bit loud but overall bearable.

Very central location, you can even see the TV tower from the room window. Görlitzer station is a few steps away (around 2 minutes walking), the canal is only 10 minutes away by walking and there are lots of bars and restaurants in the area. Also plenty of supermarket options in the area.

The current flatmates are both italians, both workers in their thirties. Davide is a cook and Ciccio is a sound engineer. Life in the flat is generally quite even though sometimes we do host dinners or do movie nights. We have a great network of international friends. Hard requirement is to maintain an acceptable degree of tidiness and to keep the noise down in the evening. There's plenty of common space (122 square meter).

The person taking over the room for the three weeks must pay a deposit of 450 euros before getting in. Since I work remotely, I'm quite flexible and can easily arrange a viewing if there's interest in renting.
