Hi everyone, I will be outside of Germany until the end of March, I would like to sublet my room. Anmeldung is not possible
It is a 105 m2 flat on 4th floor and it is a 3 people wg. I have 2 flatmates Kathi and Jeanne. Kathi is German, she is a doctor who is generally staying at his boyfriend's flat during the weekday, she likes bouldering and Jeanne is French, she is starting her phd in Economics in February and she will actually move in on January 18th :)
The room is 26m2 and has a 1m2 balcony faces to Urbanstraße. In the room you will have:
160x200 bed
An empty wardrobe for your clothes
A comfortable chair with an ottoman
A standalone pull up, dips and sixpack unit for sport
A yoga mat
2 x 8kgdumbells
A vacuum cleaner
Ironing board and iron
Mirror
Dirty cloth basket
A projector with a Mi Stick where you can watch all online platforms like Netflix, Apple TV, Disney+
Some plants that you will need to water once you are there :)
There is a washing machine in bathroom and a cloth hanger for your clothes. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, you will have your own refrigerator shelf. We dont have a dishwasher
The location of the flat is in Kreuzberg, 1 min walk to bus stop M41, 6 mins walk to U7 Südstern and 10 mins walk to U8 Schönleinstraße. 8 mins walk an you are at the Landwerkanal, at Admiralbrücke. There are lots of restaurants, markets around.
- As everyone is working, the flat is mostly chill, not hardcore parties going on,
- We have our quite hours between 00:00 - 07:30 workdays, 01:00 - 09:00 weekends
- We are looking for someone who is clean and tidy both in shared rooms and own room
- No outside shoes in the flat (except for the entrance)
- Smoking only allowed in balcony
. You can have friends over to hang around, but not for stay.
The deposit will be paid back in a week after the rent period ends in case there is no damage to household. If you want to rent for a shorter period, you can let me know and we can talk about it
