Gerade jetzt im Sommer absolut genial um sich mit ner Decke in die Wiese zu schmeißen oder spazieren zu gehen. Admiralsbrücke sind 10 Minuten zu Fuß.

Mehringdamm, 5 Minuten, Hallesches Tor auch 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Busse fahren direkt vor der Tür.

Ich bin freiberuflicher Photograph im Bereich Werbung und Mode und gründe derzeit noch ein Start up. Ich bin aufgeschlossen für neue Bekanntschaften bin ein entspannter Mitbewohner und wünsche mir das auch im gemeinsamen Zusammenleben. Die Küche und Wohnzimmer sind super großzügig gestaltet, so dass es auch echt spaß macht (Gerade bei diesem verregneten Sommer) in der Wohnung zu sein. Mir ist Ordnung und Sorgfalt wichtig, ab und zu gemeinsam Kochen, sich austauschen. Es sollte keine reine Zweck WG werden und deiner Bewerbung ist es auf jeden Fall gut zu erwähnen, das du machst, dich begeistert und wie dein Alltag aussieht. Ich arbeite manchmal von zu Hause aus, machmal im Co Working und finde es toll, wenn es einen guten Rhythmus gibt, von gemeinsamer Zeit und Privatsphäre. Ab und zu kommt es vor, das ich für kleinere Photoprojekte die Wohnung nutze, was ich mit Kalendereinträgen frühzeitig ankündige, damit man sich drauf einstellen kann.

The apartment itself is a dream, especially with this rainy summer. The kitchen and living room are super spacious and perfect for hanging out. There's also a peaceful inner courtyard for when the sun does decide to come out.
