Ich suche ab sofort eine/n Mitbewohner*in für meine 118qm2 Wohnung in Berlin Kreuzberg.
Vermieter werden die beiden Zimmer an eine Person (14 und 12 qm) auf den Fotos bis Oktober 2025. Wohnung hat insgesamt 5 Zimmer.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und das Wohnzimmer ist natürlich für alle da.
Die wohnung betindet sich zwischen der U-Bahn station Hallesches Tor und der Station Mehringdamm.
An Spätis, Bäckern und Essensmöhlichkeiten mangelt es in keinster Weise und auch die Admirlasbrücke ist keine 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt
Zu mir, ich bin Sonja, 28 Jahre alt und arbeite an 3 von 5 Tagen im Homeoffice. Ich wünsche mir keine Zweck-WG aber brauche auch immer etwas Ruhe und Zeit für mich.
Mir ist es wichtig, dass man sich rücksichtsvoll und respektvoll miteinander umgeht, aber auch gerne Abende zusammen verbringt und gemeinsam ausgeht, kocht oder trash-tv schaut.
Wenn ich nicht gerade im Homeoffice bin, bin ich häufiger unterwegs und verreise, daher freue ich mich über eine/n Mitbewohner*in der sich gut um meine Pflanzen kümmern kann.
