I think to Kiez you have to say no more big, it is stop Kreuzberg. However, we are happy to live at the top, so that we a) generally have a lot of light in the apartment and b) the noise and dirt does not reach us :D
Otherwise: stop Schlesisches Tor is three minutes away; also the Spree with the Oberbaumbrücke. There are countless shopping opportunities in the same radius, and kiosks even more. The Görli is also right around the corner...you can see as a pre- or downside :P

Ich denke, zum Kiez muss man nix mehr groß sagen, es ist halt Kreuzberg. Wir wohnen aber zum Glück ganz oben, so dass wir a) generell viel Licht in der Wohnung haben und b) der Lärm und Dreck nicht bis zu uns reicht :D
Ansonsten: Haltstelle Schlesisches Tor ist drei Minuten entfernt; ebenso die Spree mit der Oberbaumbrücke. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es im gleichen Radius unzählige, und Kioske noch mehr. Der Görli ist auch direkt um die Ecke...kann man als Vor- oder Nachteil sehen :P

We are a really adventurous WG; so if you tend more towards purpose WGs, you probably won't be so happy here...but of course we don't have to do JEDEN day something and understand that everyone needs time for themselves or has to learn, or after work has no more shock on super-social things:D
But in general we are doing a lot of things, and we still want to do that. So you should have to go away from the BBQ in the park or then and when times in the evening :) We want to keep our unavoidable, relaxed relationship within the WG, and so it is important to say directly that we do not want any fanatics like any couleur here. In certain contexts, we are also socially engaged; for example, Julia is volunteering in the Caritas and myself in a feminist organization. We are definitely happy. Gender, sexual orientation and worldview absolutely open, provided the latter does not too much conflict with ours. So, if you find Putin great and are for Palestine, of course you don't need to write at all - it's really good to say that today and in this country. Slawa Ukrajini! Wir sind eine echt unternehmungslustige WG; wenn ihr also mehr in Richtung Zweck-WGs tendiert, werdet ihr hier vermutlich eher nicht so glücklich...wobei wir aber natürlich auch nicht JEDEN Tag was zsm. machen und verstehen, dass jeder auch mal Zeit für sich braucht bzw. lernen muss oder nach dem Arbeiten keinen Bock mehr auf super-soziale Sachen hat :D
Aber generell machen wir halt schon viel zsm., und wollen das auch weiterhin so handhaben. Also gegen gemeinsames Abhängen beim BBQ im Park oder dann und wann mal Abends wegzugehen solltet ihr nix haben :) Wir wollen hauptsächlich unser ungezwungenes, entspanntes Verhältnis innerhalb der WG behalten, und somit ist uns wichtig direkt zu sagen, dass wir hier keine Fanatiker gleich welcher Couleur haben wollen. In gewissen Rahmen sind wir auch gesellschaftlich engagiert; so ist z.B. Julia in der Caritas und ich selbst in einer feministischen Organisation ehrenamtlich tätig. Wir sind auf jeden Fall bezügl. Geschlecht, sexueller Orientierung und Weltanschauung absolut offen, sofern letztere nicht allzu sehr mit unseren kollidiert. Wenn ihr also Putin toll findet und für Palästina seid, braucht ihr natürlich gar nicht erst zu schreiben - Echt zum kotzen, dass man das heute und in diesem Land überhaupt noch sagen muss. We do not ask for a deposit; if you do damage, you will of course have to pay it. And that must work on a trust basis; if we don't have the safe feeling that you are careful about the apartment and our facility or we must fear that you will be treated dishonestly, then the nix with us :P
Please don't send us scans or documents in advance; we'll set up viewing appointments and you can bring all this together...and if you have any questions: always with this:)

Addendum: Sorry, but in the first 24 hours we received nearly 300 inquiries...we cannot write back to everyone. We now collect for a few days / weeks and first mark the ones that are interesting for us and then write them in a few weeks. Please apologise for not being able to answer all of you, as we have before.

Eine Kaution fordern wir nicht ein; wenn ihr Schaden anrichtet, werdet ihr ihn natürlich zahlen müssen. Und das muss auf Vertrauensbasis funktionieren; wenn wir nicht das sichere Gefühl haben, dass ihr sorgsam mit der Wohnung und unserer Einrichtung umgeht bzw. wir befürchten müssen, von Euch unehrlich behandelt zu werden, dann wird das nix mit uns :P
Bitte schickt uns keine Scans oder Unterlagen vorab; wir werden Besichtigungstermine ansetzen und ihr könnt das alles dann mitbringen...und wenn ihr irgendwelche Fragen habt: Immer her damit :)

Nachtrag: Sorry, aber wir haben in den ersten 24 Stunden knapp 300 Anfragen erhalten...leider können wir nicht allen zurückschreiben. Wir sammeln jetzt erstmal ein paar Tage / Wochen lang und markieren erstmal die, die für uns interessant sind, und schreiben die dann in ein paar Wochen an. Bitte entschuldigt, dass wir Euch nicht allen antworten können, wie wir zunächst vorhatten.
