Your room is a 21m"2 bedroom, renovated, with two large windows with 2 beautiful green trees outside and has lots of natural light. The room comes unfurnished but currently has a corner sofa. The room and the flat in general has high ceilings.
The rest of the flat has a warm and homely vibe, with a nice modern kitchen, is nicely furnished and our balcony would win a price for it's lush green plants....XD

Located in Graefekiez, we live in a quiet street close to the famous Le bon cafe on the corner and lots of bars, restaurants and cafes by foot. 2 minutes from our local market square with sports areas, small local market on weekends, and 5 min walk from Admiralbrücke. 5 min walk from the canal where we take our little boat in summer with friends. Nearest ubahns: schönleinstrasse (3 min by foot) and Hermannplatz (5 min by foot). The map below is not accurate, just google for Le bon cafe!

We are all entrepreneurs, working in tech (AI, crypto, energy, creativity) - ambitious but very dynamic. Time to enjoy life is very important to us - we love to meet new people, and enjoy the weekends in the nature, at creative events or at good parties, e.g- walks, at lakes, with friends, exploring art, tech & fashion, going to bars and enjoying techno. Two guys, one woman. Open to any gender, couple possible.
Not looking for just renting the room - its no zweck wg! ;) We started this flat with good friends with an intentional lifestyle to enjoy life and work hard on our startups and creative projects with a family-like home in our WG :)

We love to host dinners and drinks with our friends on weekends, especially to bring together many interesting people and love to have conversations about science, art, entrepreneurship, the universe, life....
We would love to meet your friends and they should feel invited to be in our home.
Daily life is calm, peaceful and fun -- we are mostly working from home and longish hours in the week, so expect the house to be tidy and no big disruptions to work life. Summer eves are nice to enjoy in the kiez.
We share cleaning and get a cleaner from time to time to keep things nice, and we like to cook all together but its chill and nice to be quite healthy. Nice if you are a cooking wizard..
In summer we like to travel and go to festivals like garbicz, fusion or boom and hope you will join us there, some of us are going to festivals this august if you wanted to join in.
We're international - speaking english in the flat but also speak german, norwegian, türkish, italian.
We spend alot of time in the park Hasenheide (5 mins by foot) and Templhof especially in summer and we go to beat81/urban sports regularly in the week... theres a nice whatsapp/tg groups for that and any weekend activities with friends.

You will need to have proof of income :) You will sign a sublet contract with the Hauptmieter, unlimited but with notice period. The landlord will need your information as you will need to get your Anmeldung.
Couples possible, each needs to answer application questions and provide individual Nebenkosten change if couple.
Interviews will be online or at the flat so you can see around. Remote interviews ok but we will want to meet in person before deciding! :)
Our current flatmate is moving our with their partner and we are only interest to rent to the right person who we vibe with, so interview/hanging out to get to know each other are really the most important for us, tell us more about you! :)
p.s its a beaut newly renovated place in the best part of berlin - Graefekiez - so picking up the vacuum and cleaning your way *goes without saying* ;)
