Simple renovated room, with a window on the yard side.
New double layer PVC windows, 3m12 ceiling.
Possibility to host a couple for extra 100€/Month.
The view is blocked by a building in the yard, giving some privacy, which is good at ground floor level, and the little space behind the window can be customized.

The Atelier is a coworking space with around 20 artists/coworkers, plus a sound studio in the basement for musicians.
They all have access to a dedicated bathroom that is in the corridor.
We can use the Atelier as a living room in the weekends, to watch stuff or hangout.
When events happen there can be a lot of interactions with the kitchen, so you need to like to have some lively surrounding.

The Atelier is just 3 min away from U1 Schlesisches Tor.

You need to like some degree of freestyle lifestyle, meaning that if you're a salary person expecting permanent tranquility, it might be a bit difficult to adjust.
The flat is connected to an artist's Atelier, so there are often events & hangouts in the main Atelier room.
You can however have all the tranquility you need in your room.
I am getting farm vegetables every week, so there is a lot of cooking going on and it can be a bit messy at times.
If you're a scientist or an environmental activist we should click well !

I am looking for a non smoking person, without pets, and a female because i've been with male flatmates for the last 4 years & i'm tired of it. I've been living my whole life in WG and in average I like it better with females.
Also my girlfriend will often be there, so it's more like a 2.5person WG, +plus our guests using a guestbed on a platform in the corridor. You'll be equally able to have guests of course.

You can hang your bike either in the yard or inside on a hook at the flat entrance door.
There is no gas heating but electric oil radiator, which works perfectly fine.
Also in the winter there is a little wood stove in the kitchen, making it quite warm & cosy.
