Hello everybody,

I'm searching for a new roommate for a 2-room apartment in Kreuzberg, Berlin (U-Bahn Prinzenstraße).

The room consists of a large bed with a mattress, a desk, a chair, a mirror and a large cupboard (so that there's no need for extra furniture for clothes/other belongings). The room's window goes out to a peaceful yard.

It is a functional 2-room apartment with a kitchen, a bathroom, and a balcony coming out from my room which we can of course share. It is located by the U-Bahn Prinzenstraße next to a supermarket, a couple of Spätis around, the outdoor swimming pool, and the Landwehrkanal. It is centrally located so you can get anywhere in Berlin within in the same amount of time.

I appreciate a balance between good, friendly living and privacy. No parties or spontaneous gatherings allowed. Cleanliness and quietude are musts.

About me: I'm Kacper, 29-year-old guy from Warsaw, Poland. Graduated from Cultural Studies and Philosophy. Living in Berlin since 3+ years now. Unemployed, gaining skills and making first steps in tech (Web Development). I'm quiet, focused on my goals, spending much of my time on my own.

The apartment is queer/FLINTA/BIPoC-friendly.

Anmeldung possible. The room is ready to move into. The contract takeover will take place by the end of September. Proof of income for the last three months is needed.
