Short term rental is possible for our lovely flat in Kreuzberg, Berlin!
We are looking for a nice person or couple to live in our spare room for October.
Your room is a 21m"2 bedroom, renovated, with two large windows with 2 beautiful green trees outside and has lots of natural light. The room comes unfurnished but currently has a corner sofa. The room and the flat in general has high ceilings.
The rest of the flat has a warm and homely vibe, with a nice modern kitchen, is nicely furnished and our balcony would win a price for it's lush green plants....XD
Located in Graefekiez, we live in a quiet street close to the famous Le bon cafe on the corner and lots of bars, restaurants and cafes by foot. 2 minutes from our local market square with sports areas, small local market on weekends, and 5 min walk from Admiralbrücke. 5 min walk from the canal. Nearest subways: Schönleinstrasse (3 min by foot) and Hermannplatz (5 min by foot). The map below is not accurate, just google for Le bon cafe!
We are a group of close friends who live together in a nice area in Kreuzberg. We are all entrepreneurs, working in tech (AI, crypto, energy, creativity) her in Berlin.
We're hard working but fun, and make a lot of food at home if that's your thing:))
